The GVA Collective is the acting member body of the organization.

Stewards: The buck-stops-here people. They make the final decisions and keep the machine oiled and running.

Auxiliary: The event and promotions people. They find the people, start the events rolling and see them through.

Administrative: Behind the scenes/behind the web people. They are in charge of finances, internet, social sites and marketing/design.

• Anyone at any time can ask to be part of the Auxiliary or Administrative Collective. You will be asked to take a fun and easy personality test. This way, we’ll all know how you work best and make sure you’re in the right place.

• To be a Steward, you must have more than 6 events under your belt and you must have reliably worked in either the Auxiliary/Administrative capacity for at least 4 months.

• Every six months the Stewards will open the doors to let new Stewards in if there is a position to fill or if you petition a new position.

• If you are not living up to your promises in the Auxiliary/Administrative Collective, you will not be considered for the Stewardship.
